With 12 European Longboard Championship titles to his name, Ben "Skindog" Skinner is one of the UK’s most prominent longboarders, renowned for his smooth and creative style. Born on the island of Jersey, located between England and France, he moved to Cornwall, England, in his early teens. There, his family founded Skinner’s Brewery while Ben focused on competitive surfing.

By the age of 13, he had already claimed two British shortboard titles. Naturally progressing to longboarding, he won every category in every major British longboard competition by the age of 18.

Now a regular on the WSL top longboarder list, Ben shapes some of the most innovative boards under his brand, Skindog Surfboards, and devotes his time outside competition to his family and mentoring the next generation of surfers through Rookie Rippers.
